Accommodation at the Eco-Resort

The eco-resort is integrated into an international village community, currently inhabited mainly by German speakers and Brazilians. Founded in 2021 by psychologist Bjørn Leimbach and his family, it serves as a meeting place for system-critical and awakened individuals who seek to live in harmony with nature, value healthy nutrition, and are dedicated to personal development

The eco-village is located on a 175-hectare ranch featuring two large freshwater lakes with beaches perfect for swimming and water sports. The Atlantic Ocean, with its endless, untouched beaches and idyllic fishing villages, is just 4 kilometers away.

The accommodations are set within a private 43-hectare section of the ranch, shielded from public access, surrounded by vast coconut plantations, ancient mango trees, various other fruit trees, native forest, organic farming areas, and a variety of animals. Comparable to Brazilian condomínios, it is considered one of the largest residential projects in Brazil.

Here, you are not simply renting a place to stay, but experiencing life within a vast protected nature reserve, enriched by extensive infrastructure including three private beaches across two lakes with a pier, a deck, and a restaurant, a scenic lookout tower, an octagonal assembly hall, a rune stone circle, cycling paths, open plazas, sports facilities and more.

We cultivate a wide range of organic superfoods here, such as açai, cupuaçu, and acerola, which in Europe are often sold expensively in tablet form. You will also find our own honey with propolis, organic meat, and even organic ice cream. It doesn’t get healthier than this

We offer the cleanest drinking water from our own wells and the purest Atlantic air. There is no industry, no military facilities, no 5G, chemtrails, or HAARP installations in the vicinity. For those seeking more excitement, top kitesurfing spots with the best wind and waves are nearby. Our private freshwater lakes offer perfect conditions for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddling, sailing, and electric boat excursions or fishing. In Northeast Brazil, it is summer all year round with temperatures between 23–32°C and consistently pleasant fresh breezes. There is only a dry and a rainy season, and even during the rainy months (mostly March to June), it rarely rains all day, and when it does, it is a warm tropical rain

Safety

Unfortunately, outdated stereotypes about Brazil have taken hold in many minds, but this area is extremely safe, significantly safer than many parts of Germany. Village communities still thrive here, and people are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Lost items are often returned, and if your car breaks down, many will stop to help. Accommodations

We offer two types of accommodations: glamping and holiday homes. In the luxury camping area, guests find elegant, fully furnished large canvas tents on platforms, as well as traditional clay huts with two rooms, a terrace, a refrigerator, and a sink. The glamping area includes a large sanitation building, a laundry, and a cookhouse with a restaurant under ancient mango trees

The fully equipped wooden and eco-stone houses feature two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a covered terrace, and are located either within the village or directly by the lake. The stone houses are also equipped with air conditioning.

Arrival

You can now reach the eco-village in less than two hours from Fortaleza Airport via fully paved roads. We recommend booking a rental car from Germany (we recommend Movida) for flexibility, but we are also happy to arrange a taxi transfer with one of our drivers. Small shops are about 1.5 to 2 kilometers away, and larger towns with supermarkets, pharmacies, and hospitals are 16 to 18 kilometers away

The eco-village is perfect for remote work, offering internet connectivity better than much of Germany. Our private fiber optic cable delivers true 200 Mbps speeds, and we also have three Starlink satellite connections. The eco-village is 100% self-sufficient with solar and diesel power, so public power outages are not an issue
